The brief
De Beers employees work across the world, from the diamond mines of South Africa to the shopping districts of London. So when people are so spread out and don’t have access to the same apps and emails, how can you connect with everyone and share positive stories about the business’s sustainability and ESG successes?
The answer was a podcast that everyone could access, one in which people from across the world could share their stories of environmental and sustainability success. I collaborated with others to build a skeleton script and contributor prompts to get the most out of each conversation. Working with a team, I edited the audio to present the most important parts of each story while staying true to each contributor.
The result was a podcast everyone could listen to, whether you’re preparing for a day working in a mine or in a high-rise, sharing key messages about the business’s sustainability successes.
